Board of Directors

Rohit Arora, Founder & Chairman

Rohit has over two decades of experience in business process outsourcing, investment banking and management consulting. He has advised Fortune 1000 corporations on their India entry strategy including identifications, negotiations and selection of joint venture partners.

Rohit is also the founder director of AR Credit, a transaction processing company focused on the domestic BPO market. This company has been providing services to leading multinational banks and telecom companies for about 18 years. Rohit has complete familiarity with the issues involved in the processes in retail banking space.

He was earlier the Managing Director of AIA Capital India Pvt. Ltd, the Investment Banking arm of AIG - American International Group. He was responsible for setting up AIA. The company is engaged in providing investment banking and corporate finance services to corporates in India and overseas.

Earlier, Rohit was a consultant with A. F. Ferguson & Co. (former correspondents of KPMG in India), wherein he gained exposure to management consulting especially in the areas of systems design / implementation and organization studies. During the course of this assignment, he handled consulting assignments for the World Bank, Indian Armed forces, Multi National Corporations and large Indian Public Sector Corporations.

Nikhil Sinha, President & Co-CEO

Dr. Sinha is one the pioneers of third-party business processing in India and has over 15 years' senior management experience in international information technology, transaction processing and telecommunications. He most recently served as Associate Dean of the College of Communication at The University of Texas.

Prior to that, Dr. Sinha was the Executive Vice President of eFunds, Inc., where he oversaw corporate P&L and global product management sales and marketing for the publicly traded provider of electronic payment solutions, decision support, risk management and IT and BPO services. Before joining eFunds, Dr. Sinha was the President and CEO of iDLX Technology Partners, a provider of IT consulting and Business Process Outsourcing services to financial institutions, which he helped merge with eFunds in March 2000.

Dr. Sinha has also served as Managing Partner at Sinha & Lariviere, Ltd., an international high technology consulting firm specializing in helping U.S. IT and telecommunications companies make strategic international investments. He has also served as an advisor to the World Bank and governments of India, Chile and South Africa. He was an advisor to the Indian Telecom Commission and the Indian Planning Commission.

Dr. Sinha serves on the Board of Directors of the US-India Business Council, the leading organization representing US companies doing business in India and on the Board of Directors of Works Inc., an Austin, Texas based payment management company. In addition, Dr. Sinha was a Professor of International Business and International Communication at The University of Texas.

Dr. Sinha holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University.


John (Gus) Blanchard III, Board Member

Gus received a B.A. degree from Princeton University in 1965, and immediately joined the American telecommunications giant, AT&T. Including his military service during the period 1966-1968 and his 1978 acquisition of an MS degree at MIT's Sloan School of Management, he spent 25 years at AT&T, taking an early retirement in 1990 from his position as Senior Vice President and Head of its national sales force.

From 1991-93, he then served as Chairman and CEO of Harbridge Merchant Services, a privately held credit card processing company.

This was followed by a 16-month stint as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategist for a cable set-top box manufacturer, General Instrument Corporation.

During 1994 and early 1995, Gus was elected President and CEO of Deluxe Corporation. He added the Chairman of the Board title in May 1996, and served as CEO of the nation's largest check printer and provider of other banking services for more than five and half years. When Deluxe spun off its electronic banking and risk management services businesses into the eFunds Corporation in June 2000, Gus became its first Chairman and CEO and served in this capacity until his retirement at year-end 2002.

Including Deluxe and eFunds, he has served on seven public company boards over the last twelve years, but now serves only on two. He has been a Director of Norwest Corporation and then Wells Fargo & Company since 1996. He is now the non-executive Chairman of the Board and a Director of ADC Telecommunications, Inc.

His other activities include the Chair position of the Minnesota Opera Company, and the church council of St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Minnesota.


Arun Gupta, Board Member

Arun has over 29 years work experience in the I.T. industry and has performed management roles at renowned organizations such as Saxo Bank, CSC, Syntel, Sapient, NIIT and TCS.

He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, did his MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, and completed an executive leadership development program from Cornell University, USA.

He currently holds the position of Partner at CodePIPS Data Solutions, a privately owned enterprise that provides sophisticated Analytics and Reporting solutions.
